Our office is open during regular business hours. We will be taking all necessary steps to avoid transmission of the COVID-19 virus including strict social distancing and cleaning protocols. If you are sick, we ask that you stay home.

This is a time of massive confusion with a total lack of direction from our State's highest office. As a result, some of the traffic courts are open and operating normally and others are completely closed. We are here to help guide you through this confusion and to make sure that your traffic ticket case is processed in a timely manner to insure that you do not incur any unnecessary fees or infringement on your rights as a result of this bureaucratic mess.

Please be aware that in most cases, there is no reason for you to come to our office or to appear in court. Our office is set up to transact business and communicate with our clients entirely online.

It is true that three moving violations on your driving record in twelve months will result in the suspension of your driver's license. If you simply ignore or forget about a traffic ticket the court will notify the DMV of your failure to appear which will result in the suspension of your driver's license. Even if you simply plead or are found guilty and you pay the fine you could end up paying higher insurance premiums for years.

Any information you submit will remain confidential and will not be shared with anyone outside of our office. The legal fee is what we charge to represent you in court. Once you submit your ticket information we will review the details of your case and let you know that we are working on your case. You will be able to log in at any time to see what we are doing and when we have finished working on your case we will let you know exactly what you need to do, if anything, to close your case with the court.
