If you lost your citation number, please enter your E-mail Address, then click the Send Citation Number button, and it will be sent to your email address.
If you forgot both your citation number and your password, please recover the citation number first, then the password. To recover your citation number, please enter your E-mail Address, leaving Citation Number field empty, then click the Send Citation Number button, and it will be sent to your email address. From there you can use this same form to recover your password.
If you lost your password but know your citation number, please enter your Citation Number and your E-mail Address, press the Send Password button, and you will receive a new password shortly. Use this new password to access the site.

Citation numbers on pink tickets usually start with 1-, enter the 1, not the dash and no spaces. If you have a pink ticket, check out this video for a quick look at where to find relevant information:

Got a White Ticket?

White tickets often show a "Court Case #." That is not going to be your court case number and it will not help us find your case. If you have a white or a pink ticket, please provide the citation number.
